Great Red Light Therapy Panel for Home Use
I've been using this red light therapy panel for a few days now and I'm really impressed. It came with everything I needed: the panel, stand, power adapter, protective glasses, and instructions - all neatly packed. The setup was super easy and the stand feels sturdy.
Once plugged in, the red light is strong and evenly distributed. I love how convenient it is to adjust the height and angle. There’s so much hype around red light therapy, and I’ve been really curious to try it. I originally wanted one of those face mask versions, but ended up going with a red light panel instead since it seemed more versatile. I’ll be honest—I mainly picked this one because of the price and the decent amount of good reviews.
It came in a box with four pieces to assemble—super straightforward and didn’t take long at all. It also came with a pair of safety glasses, which is a nice bonus for protecting your eyes during use.
I love that the lamp has an adjustable height and angle, so I can use it while sitting, lying down, or even while working at my desk. The lamp covers a larger area and feels more powerful than smaller devices I’ve seen.
The flexible gooseneck and 360° rotating head make it easy to point the light exactly where I need it. It’s also pretty compact and doesn’t take up much space. I will say it’s a little less stable on carpet (which I have), but it’s fine on solid flooring.
So far, I’m happy with it for the price. I’ll update this review after using it for a couple of weeks to see how well it works!

Red light therapy has been on my wishlist so I was very excited to find the right fit for me! This is wonderful! The price was right to have at home! Easy assembly and a nice size to use in a variety of places! It turns on easily and is easily adjustable! This is nice sized so it can cover a lot! I look forward to seeing how it helps my skin and complexion! This is going to be a part of my regular routine!
